On Aug. 12, 2025, my mother brought her car to  "Bumper Bros." for a repair. Denis was the first person to assess the damage on the car. He estimated the damages and than he taped the bumper in place, to make it more presentable and safe to drive. Tony ordered a new "Front Lower Valance Panel" for the bumper and than he made an appointment to have the car fixed on Aug 15. The people working at the shop were very friendly, welcoming, polite and professional on the job. The mechanics know what they are doing! I would recommend their services to anyone that needs work done. We feel that they are very trustworthy.  When the repairs on the car were completed,  we were very pleased with the job well done. I truly enjoy overtime that I pay a visit to this store location.  😃 Today I purchased this amazing Wireless Lavalier Microphone 🎤 for $10.00 and the store staff were very polite and helpful. We decided to stop in to McDonald's on Merivale Road @ Meadowlands Drive today for lunch. Our cashier today was Saba. She was fantastic and served us well. Saba had also recomended that we try the Grilled chicken wrap. Excellent choice; my mother enjoyed the chicken wrap. The food service was good. The food was hot and the atmosphere was very calming. We also purchased 2 happy meals in order to receive 2 story books. Very nice! We are definitely returning to this McDonald's restaurant. I had stopped in to wash a bed comforter and we used the large monster machine and it worked well. The wash took approximately 50 minutes to wash and when it was done, I couldn't believe that after that spin the comforter was nearly dry. So I just brought it home as is and placed it on a table for a few hours to completely air dry. The washing machine cost for this service was $9.00 and I felt that this was a very reasonable price for good service at a laundromat. Overall, our experience there was pleasant, quiet, and rather convenient. I also like the fact that the air temperature in the building was very comfortable for the extremely hot day that we had to endure on this day. I would recommend this laundromat location for future reference. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

 We travelled to the Hazeldean Road, Kanata store and there was no one in the store from 3:00 pm to 4:20 pm, so we left. The strange thing is that the open sign said the store was open. I had called earlier in the day and the gentleman working stated that the store would be open til 7:00 pm (Wednesday). I guess not! 👎 I was finally able to reach the store employee. While I was on the phone with the gentleman, he stated that he was entitled to a one-hour lunch period. That's fine! Although the employee was polite about this mishap, in this situation the employee reopened the store at 4:40 pm. The store was closed from 3:00 - 4:40 pm. During this time frame, 3 other customers were waiting for the store to reopen. This is unacceptable since customers waited outside for a long period in this drenched weather heatwave. The employees should place a sign in the window stating how long the store will be closed due to their extended afternoon lunch breaks. Reviewed on Google Maps  ⭐⭐...

This is a very nice store. The owner is respectful 🙏 and he was helpful in helping my mother find the right "Dream Catcher."  After making her purchase, the dream catchers were so nice, she returned a few days later and she bought 3 more.
