Kanata United Church Annual Flea Market

I went to the Kanata United Church Annual Flea Market with my mother on September 13, 25. We had a great time meeting new people and, of course, buying really nice items for the house. 

I purchased a really nice black & white rug for my office. Margot (volunteer) was so nice and helped carry it to the car for me. Everyone that we met at the church were extremely friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend going to this church. 👌

On Aug. 12, 2025, my mother brought her car to  "Bumper Bros." for a repair. Denis was the first person to assess the damage on the car. He estimated the damages and then he taped the bumper in place, to make it more presentable and safe to drive. Tony ordered a new "Front Lower Valance Panel" for the bumper and then he made an appointment to have the car fixed on Aug 15. The people working at the shop were very friendly, welcoming, polite and professional on the job. The mechanics know what they are doing! I would recommend their services to anyone that needs work done. We feel that they are very trustworthy.  When the repairs on the car were completed, we were very pleased with the job well done. "Twisters (2024) is a very good remake of the original film." - Ottawa Public Library Review ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ Twisters (2024) is a very good remake of the original film. I rather enjoyed this version. It was what I would have expected for a movie refresh - action and good graphics. This movie is worth watching. Go with an open mind before watching this version of Twisters. You will be surprised how well this movie turns out. I have seen Twister (1996) several times. After watching this newer version, I am impressed.
