Recently I came across this article on The Green Programmer website by Jason Savard. On the main page, I noticed a picture of "Coffee Pods environmental disaster". Interesting enough, I decided to follow the link attached to the picture and WoW! Who knew that the K-Cup creator would not inspire people to use his creation.
I have been using Keurig K-Cups since 2015, and I personally enjoy a quick cup of coffee with no mess, no fuss ordeal. To each their own right?

A satirical video produced by a Halifax production studio is hoping to shed light on the environmental impact of using disposable coffee pods.
The short video is shot in a mock-horror, found footage style — similar to the movie Cloverfield. The video follows a group of people as they run from a monster and a series of alien invaders made of disposable coffee cups set to destroy the city.
