Freedom Mobile (Kanata)

 We travelled to the Hazeldean Road, Kanata store and there was no one in the store from 3:00 pm to 4:20 pm, so we left. The strange thing is that the open sign said the store was open. I had called earlier in the day and the gentleman working stated that the store would be open til 7:00 pm (Wednesday).

I guess not! 👎

I was finally able to reach the store employee. While I was on the phone with the gentleman, he stated that he was entitled to a one-hour lunch period. That's fine! Although the employee was polite about this mishap, in this situation the employee reopened the store at 4:40 pm.

The store was closed from 3:00 - 4:40 pm. During this time frame, 3 other customers were waiting for the store to reopen. This is unacceptable since customers waited outside for a long period in this drenched weather heatwave. The employees should place a sign in the window stating how long the store will be closed due to their extended afternoon lunch breaks.
