The Review

I had stopped in to wash a bed comforter and we used the large monster machine and it worked well. The wash took approximately 50 minutes to wash and when it was done, I couldn't believe that after that spin the comforter was nearly dry. So I just brought it home as is and placed it on a table for a few hours to completely air dry. The washing machine cost for this service was $9.00 and I felt that this was a very reasonable price for good service at a laundromat. Overall, our experience there was pleasant, quiet, and rather convenient. I also like the fact that the air temperature in the building was very comfortable for the extremely hot day that we had to endure on this day. I would recommend this laundromat location for future reference. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

 We travelled to the Hazeldean Road, Kanata store and there was no one in the store from 3:00 pm to 4:20 pm, so we left. The strange thing is that the open sign said the store was open. I had called earlier in the day and the gentleman working stated that the store would be open til 7:00 pm (Wednesday). I guess not! 👎 I was finally able to reach the store employee. While I was on the phone with the gentleman, he stated that he was entitled to a one-hour lunch period. That's fine! Although the employee was polite about this mishap, in this situation the employee reopened the store at 4:40 pm. The store was closed from 3:00 - 4:40 pm. During this time frame, 3 other customers were waiting for the store to reopen. This is unacceptable since customers waited outside for a long period in this drenched weather heatwave. The employees should place a sign in the window stating how long the store will be closed due to their extended afternoon lunch breaks. Reviewed on Google Maps  ⭐⭐...
